Good Evening Don,

Yes, the salary cap is extremely tight. There has to be $$ freed up to take care of line men with blown out knees, etc. When rosters are cut in the late summer and early fall, some fair-to-good but not quality players may be available on the cheap.

I expect some stiff competition this year from the Raiders, Chiefs, and Denver (if they solve their quarterback situation).
