Cisco doesn't seem to announce contract wins.

What they do seem to do is:

Enter a market.
Learn from customers.
Buy leaders in the fast growing market.
Grow Market share.
Develop great Customer Service.
Grow revenues.
Parnership well.
Meet there financial estimates.
Retain employee's.
Employee leading edge technology to help their business.

We'll see if they can continue to do it. I think they will. I don't think an announcment (or not) from Cisco at Supercomm or whatever makes a hill of beans. I KNOW that they have made some contract wins to the biggest telecom SP names around, but since Cisco hasn't announced it, neither am I. I like my job.

One question: If Cisco can go from 0 to 1 Billion in 6 months in Optical, how much do you think they can do in 18 months? 24 months? Smile. :)

And does it amaze anyone ELSE that they can grow high end router business faster than the nimble start up? Amazing.

Great Company. of course all this doesn't mean bambs isn't right about the stock price. But I'd wager that if we get to half, it's through another split. :)
