Hi Roger,

I do believe that the potential has just now begun to emerge. I too am a bit concerned about the new Lasertel operations. If it is run like a division of PRST then I am O.K. with it and can only hope that PRST has enough sense to not let it have it';s own accounting, PR etc. That should be handled by PRST to keep expenses in check. George S. (last post) seems to think that PRST has no business in this laser thing but I have a lot of faith in the CEO, Mr. Hallman. PRST has immense experience in the diode laser business if for no other reason than they use them exclusively in their products. The new Pro-Fire imaging head is the heart of their future equipment business and the idea of a shortage of supply would not be welcomed. This way the supply side of these criticle lasers is guaranteed.

I expect revs this Q1 to be between 22.5 - 25 MM. That would be a slight increase in QM-DI kits and plates to Heidelberg (11.6 - 12 MM) a small increase in plates to about 10 - 10.5 MM and then the wild card is how many of the new design Dimension 400 platesetters have been shipped and or pre-sold to the Drupa users. Even a dozen or so would add a approx 1.5 MM to revs. and would give them a solid 2 cents or double the analyst estimate of 1 cent. This would also leave plenty of room for internal financing of the Hudson facility expansion expected to draw approx 1.5 MM for each of 3 Q's going into completion in October. (see 10Q for the expansion details).

I can't believe any long would bail out now with such a great team (finaly) headed by Hallman and going into what they have been very honest about and that is earnings growth.

I am a net buyer not a seller at these levels. This is an easy double in 12-18 months. Who could argue with that?
