Greg,

I'm curious re your trading frequency. My strategy is to buy, then hold, having done due diligence on the company. ...as long as the story doesn't change in a substantial fashion. Thus I tend to ignore the daily/weekly/monthly squiggles on a price chart. 3-5 years from now, should this industry sector's story change, I will then consider selling. I tend not to have margin loans outstanding for any lengthy period of time.

An 8% trading stop for a volatile, $20 stock is less than $2. Do you really want to give away a stock that is selling near its historic lows for PSR, P/Book, P/CashFlow simply because it's an even better bargain? Are your commissions exceptionally low and you like to trade frequently?

Just trying to learn something, but I'm not sure what. ;-)

Ian.
