There's a fine line here - is the Exchange putting the company on trial in some way - or is it concerned with getting the stock trading again once it has the info. it requested? The press releases seem to indicate that the infor has been provided - in spades. Another issue could be improper trading by some brokers - but in that case the Exchange should be going after them - and not taking it out on IWAS shareholders. But what conflicts of interest arise here - how much influence do powerful brokers have on the Exchange? It all seems rather murky to say the least.
