U, i estimate that energy costs in fact rose by about 14% between sample dates, as the whole complex made new life-of-contract highs around the time of the sample (and a correction low at the time the last sample was taken). they did NOT, repeat, NOT go down, as BLS states. they've now begun to distort their 'statistics' into bald-faced lies.
