You are correct the fundamentals are solid. Reggie does not look at these things. Reggie is very short term oriented, with trades lasting no more than 8 trading days. In this case, the stock has traced out a pattern that suggested that if it broke down, the move could see follow through to lower prices. Thursday this did happen and we have a 2-point gain on the trade. I have nothing for or against this company. I am just looking at the chart, and what it has the potential to do. Thursday it looked like it could go down.
