While it is no doubt true that engineer is very much up on Qualcomm, CDMA and the history thereof and no doubt has excellent lines to the Q's management still, he may not appreciate your exact phrase. Meant well of course, but slang and short hand seem to sometimes be misunderstood on SI - even this thread.

Agree completely on the substance of your post (and engineers comments) BTW.

PS Suggest watch GDG meeting in Hong Kong next week, since these meetings have been the source of some news and clarifications on CDMA in the past.
