I like 'all that cash on the sidelines'... as if:

1.) "All that debt on the sidelines" doesn't matter.
2.) People are actually saving.
3.) It automatically goes into the stock market even with interest rates going up.

What's so bullish about money funds building up anyway... sounds like some people ARENT putting their money in the market to me.
