Of course you may be right about not chancing CTXS because of the recent price action, but this kind of peculiar volatility is common in CTXS. The 3 reasons I've heard for the latest one are a downgrade (strong buy to buy ) from Dain Rauscher Wessels, the usual worries about competition from MSFT, and a management member missing a conference. In the latter case another company executive showed up. None of these seem important to me as a long term investor.
