What you are inferring here is that there is only one guy in the company that can
adequately explain the companies products and strategy. If that is the case, I think you
should seriously reconsider owning the stock at all.

I see that someone answered for me. I would just add that in a perfect world you might be right, however, having owned this company for sometime I am very familiar with how MM's and short sellers can move the stock. Companies are priced in tech based on their potential earnings growth. The CFO is the one they look to for this data. The fact is that, if you know the history of the company, you could reasonable predict that a no show of the CFO would cause a sell off. It is no big deal perhaps to you, but to anyone who bought in above $100 on margin it might be a disaster and one that management could have prevented. IMHO
