PLRP - NEWS!

'Watch the Children' New PACEL ChildWatch Security Software Creates a National Child Watch Zone
MANASSAS, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 9, 2000--PACEL Corp. (NASDAQ OTCBB:PLRP - news) announced today the latest release of what it considers the most important new computer software program in America, ``ChildWatch(TM)''.

Within weeks, it hopefully will be on every computer screen in the country, turning the entire nation into a Child Watch Zone. The software program will enable all Americans to ``Watch the Children.''

We can ``watch our children'' when they are home by filtering out Internet pornography and other family - unfriendly web sites using a regularly updated database.

It will help us ``watch for children'' wanted back home by utilizing the Program's screen saver that functions as a missing child saver. It displays regularly updated photographs and information from Child Watch of North America, Inc. about missing children. The software helps you spot them, identify them, and bring them back home.

The program also protects important files and programs of parents from child access, regulates the time the children are allowed to spend on the computer and provides regular reports on their usage of the computer.

PACEL Corp., the software company that sets the pace in computer security, is a National Sponsor of Child Watch of North America, Inc. and is proud to bring this software to the public free of charge.

``It is our goal to turn this entire country into a Child Watch Zone so everyone can help Watch the Children'', said David Calkins, President of PACEL Corp.

NSYNC's Chris Kirkpatrick, a national spokesperson for Child Watch of North America, encourages people to use the new ChildWatch(TM) software to create a national Child Watch Zone.

``I couldn't be more proud to lend my name to Child Watch, an organization whose major focus is to provide miracles by finding missing children,'' said Kirkpatrick. ``Through my association, I hope to raise awareness among children and teens of how to avoid the risks of abduction. Since many of NSYNC's fans are also PC users, I'm especially pleased to promote this free product for establishing a national Child Watch Zone.''

``By the year 2001, it's estimated that 41 million homes will be online,'' said Don Wood, President of Child Watch of North America. ``While the Internet offers huge benefits, it also has undesirable elements, especially where children and teens are concerned. Hundreds of questionable Web sites and chat rooms hit the Internet every week. While parents want their children to be able to access the wide variety of information that is available with a home computer, they don't want their children to be at risk. We are very excited by the new ChildWatch(TM) software package because it will be a major resource for parents in their ongoing efforts to protect their children, and it will be a major aid in helping us reduce child abductions and recover missing children.''
