Gary, Why does this look good to you? It looks to me as a way for the investors to invest with not much risk. I hope this is not an offshore deal. AMCI has not signed a deal in a long time. What would they need this money for? expansion? Higher salaries for non performance? It doesn't make alot of sense to me and it makes me nervous. jmo
