No one would argue that QUALCOMM has a monopoly in wireless technology, inasmuch as about 80 percent or more of wireless phones use technologies other than CDMA

Art, you're right. I had confused Q's lock on CDMA as the eqivalent of a monopoly. It is, in reality a lock on one product in a highly competitive sector, and as such Q's latest tack should not be confused with the anti-competitive behavior of a monopolist. Thanks.
