Maybe in the case of AARP (at least until we qualify) but I think the other two groups would be amenable.
Get a look at this:
workersparty.org
and see which groups were represented--
>>>On February 6th, 100 people attended a "Social Security Summit" organized in Chicago by the Illinois AFL-CIO. The majority of participants represented local unions and community organizations, including CLUW (Coalition of Labor Union Women), Metro Seniors, Grey Panthers and OWL (Older Women's League), Access Living, Catholic Conference, AFGE 1395, SEIU 46, and Citizen Action. Activists from the Workers Party took part and distributed a special edition of The Worker devoted to Social Security.<<<
There's your class and I don't think champerty will be an issue in approaching these folks...they're probably looking for YOU. |
