There will be no review of findings of fact such as which witnesses were believable. The judges's findings in that regard are binding and not appealable.

Insitu, are you saying that upon a possible, complete overturn that the judges FoF still stand? If not, what types of scenarios would need to be in place during appeal, in order for the FoF to become vulnerable? TIA
