Folks,

It has just been brought to my attention that I made an error in my calculation of QCOM's % of Options Outstanding in my prior post. Although I adjusted the total shares outstanding to reflect the split of this past December, I failed to adjust the number of options outstanding. Therefore, the % or Options Outstanding for the period ending 9/26/99 should be 18.98 instead of 4.74 as I posted earlier.

I apologize for this error but wanted to point it out as I had made specific mention of what I thought to be a very low percentage of outstanding options for QCOM. I guess this would explain why. :(

Once again, my apologies.

Regards,

Scott
