Russ, I really don't think it's a serious situation today. Volume is low and Thompson Iwatch, FWIW, is showing institutions putting out large buy messages at low prices. I have taken this to mean that they're soaking up whatever sellers there are at the lowest possible price. However, that's the price that gets recorded.
