I define a ramp failure as lower lows instead of higher lows within the ramp. If we end up higher from here, it will be from a different ramp! :-)

p.s. DJII 10630 keeps it in the game, 10660 would be a successful ramp from here, a turn-back from 10630 says to me we sell off the rest of the day. SPX 1457 keeps that one in the game.
