During the period the Company has received CDNX approval to change it's name to Airbomb.com Inc., and has moved it's incorporation to Delaware. On the marketing front, the Company has sponsored 16 pro and semi-pro mountain bike racers from North America and Europe for the 2000 season. On the strategic alliance side, the Company has partnered with 5click.com Corp, an e-commerce solutions provider, to offer Web-store development to bicycle retailers which will include in their offerings Airbomb.com's private label high-performance bikes. The potential for this alliance should not be overlooked considering that there are over 15,000 bicycle shops in North America and the majority of which don't have web sites - yet 85% are planning to do so within the next year. This agreement could lead to a broader recognition of the Airbomb.com name in the $5.4 billion business to business market as well as opening up new sales channels for the Company.
