Here's a more expanded chart of the DOT. I don't see that it's broken to the upside at all:

Sorry I can't draw a line on the chart, but if you stick a ruler or the edge of a piece of paper on the screen (this is actually how I do it!) you'll see that it just touched the top of the channel.
