The point I was trying to make was that when you buy from X, Y, & Z, You don't magically get the right to tell Mr A how to run his company.

You're wrong again because parties unknown didn't take down the PP because of their admiration of you as a potential "Investor". They took down the PP because as discriminating, and fairly wealthy individuals they had faith in Mr A, and his team's management skills. Think about it. The minimum block of stock in a PP is close to $90,000 I believe.
