I cooked it on a rotisserie, it was very greasy.

I think Ish's suggestion about wild duck might be worth a try...Gee, seems like no matter what, if you are going to enjoy duck there's going to be a lot of work involved. I can't remember the last time I shot anything. I'm sure I'd have to spend some serious trap shooting time in preparation for it. I wonder if they're going to serve wild duck at the new NRA restaurant?
