.but when I start reading all the "this stock
is a once in a lifetime opportunity" type scenarios..I have to say I start looking for a top.

I didn't liquidate all my other holdings, and I am not quite as bullish as that post made me look. I am not counting on Niceguy's predictions coming true. I am kindof counting on AMD being over 100 by January but not 200. I did not liquidate all my other holdings, I am only about 75-80% invested in AMD. (and most of that is stock not options) The money I am sending to my broker is to pay down margin debt I allready have more then to buy more. I wont go bankrupt if AMD tanks (although it will hurt a lot), and if I allready had a $700k house or a large amount of other wealth I would not be so bullish, I would look to preserve it rather then gamble with it. Since I am starting with relatively little and since I think AMD is a great oportunity (although it is once in a lifetime only in the sense that is is the best oportunity that I have recognized in my lifetime it is not the best oportunity that has occured in my lifetime) I feel willing to take a lot of risk.
