Art, how right you are! The only thing keeping me in MSFT is the prospect that they will win on appeal for (IMHO) an easy double. Otherwise, I'd sell it and buy more SNDK.

Which reminds me, when do we expect to have some news on the Lexar suit? When that unpleasantness is settled, SNDK should take off like a rocket.

reply to "The main thing MSFT shareholders have to worry about are the numerous civil lawsuits, now that the court has found MSFT in violation of the antitrust laws. SNDK shareholders don't have to worry about this. In fact, they are on the other end of the legal action and have to look forward to a possibly favorable judgment against Lexar."
