Dr. J's press release was crystal clear, and I haven't heard any denials of their claim of ipr on wcdma from the competitors' camps. I'm amazed that the market hasn't responded with a greatly increased valuation for qcom today. Do you think it will take a court decision to make the analysts realize the game is over? We have a situation where one sides says "you'll have to pay us in the future," and the other side says "no we don't." When they either pay or don't that will be the point where the market reacts. For now the market just takes everything as posturing. - Fred P.S. We know that Dr J doesn't posture.
