AMD has the goods with its Athlon derivatives, the T-Bird and the Duron and its fast expanding flash memory...Once the investing cogniscenti twig to the notion that AMD is a world leader in its two primary divisions in their respective industries and that Dresden is in the initial stages of what seems destined to be a remarkably flawless rampup with yields exceeding the most optimistic of expectations, a P/E of 60 could happen "in a heartbeat"...Y2000 earnings of $7.00 and a P/E of 60 gets us to $420 or almost 5x todays price...Optimistic yes, impossible by yearend no! Risk/reward ration exceedingly favourable at $89??? Absolutely, imho!
