Re: PPI unfavorable In all honesty, I wish the Fed would raise another 1/4 point and shut the hell up for the rest of the year, considering it's an election year. However, that move would signal a green light to the market for the next leg up, since uncertainty would be removed. That scenario is unlikely. The Fed would rather not do anything next meeting, maintain the threat of a hike for another month, keep the led on the market (which they claim is not their intention,) and continue the uncertainty and torture for as long as possible.
