TLM, you guessed it right, the overdraft was to pay for the acquisition of CGI a few years ago. The company is paying down its debt, a new credit facility is being negotiated and a commitment letter is expected this month.

At current price, ALRC will provide very handsome return in a year. I bought more yesterday. To own this stock, one must be willing to hold for a year to enjoy the huge return.
