Vince, contrary to popular believe-they can drill in the snow! Those in the South land seem to link nothing can be done during the Winter but us Northerns know better! Actually, the biggest threat is rain washing out the roads. Since La Nina is winding down-the Winter should be average and present little trouble. I believe the holdup is related to the Fund deal. No money, no drilling. Cheers.
