Carl - Thanks for your insightful posts. I also think that the main competitor of SGNT today is EPNY. The so-called eCRM and BI fields are coming together. I believe that there is only room for 2-3 major players in this consolidating field. If I were to guess, I would think that SGNT will be bought by a larger player. My best guess for a suitor would be KANA. KANA surely would look to get a larger footprint in the BI market if it wants to keep up with EPNY. What do you think?
