Definitely time to buy again. HIVC is rumored to have exciting news coming out very soon on the prevention and cure for AIDS. They have a new way of attacking the disease which may prevent Patients who are HIV positive from getting full blown AIDS. The volume in the stock is soaring and if the news is hot this stock will fly. AT .50 this is a steal that could go to $5 or $10 easily
