I'll agree and in most cases they're trying to save their own necks.
Thing here is that the firms I'm thinking of aren't pushing the stock yet but have been accumulating it, it's not too hard to find things like this out when you know a few brokers with L-III access that also have friends at other firms.

I avoid making direct out-and-out statements just like most companies, brokers and analysts do for obvious reasons - however slim, there's always that outside chance that something might change without notice.

I thought I saw you posting on another thread a few days ago that you were short?
If so, and if you covered that was probably a wise move, at least we'll know if it was pretty soon. I'm hoping they'll start releasing news on Monday but when other, much larger companies are involved the ball is usually in their court as to agreed dates.
