JFD, Jackson compared the company to World War II Japan. What's he gonna do next, propose dropping a nuke on Redmond to force total surrender? The guy is flat out nuts, which is very good for MSFT. I'm confident that the majority of judges in the appeals court (and supreme court) view Jackson as an embarrassment to the legal profession and will act accordingly. There was never even the slightest semblance of fairness or impartiality displayed by this bozo throughout this farce of a trial. -JB
