Read Opti's annual report and consider how quickly the company has shifted from desktop core logic to mobile core logic and audio. This transition, which has at least 6 months to go, is how management is tackling the problems of costs, revenues, and margins. If Opti is successful, the stock will show it well before you read about it. Right now, the stock is about as cheap as it can get while we wait for them to prove their new products.
