CJTK,

I saw them at a conference in San Francisco in the Spring of 1998. I bought it from time to time thereafter, averaging my cost to around $8.

I have seen the stock price rise and fall. The value of CFMT's businesses has been less volatile. Still, I do not view CFMT's prospects as positively as I once did. Perhaps I was not cynical enough during my early evaluations.

Currently, I am less than sanguine about the SemiCap cycle and, more importantly, I have a less than optimistic view of the amount of cash CFMT will generate during this cycle and the next.
