The fine of 20K was paid the same day it was levied, and since ..The insurance Co and I settled before the case was resolved ,,There was no restitution owed and to top it off, I still have the Disability Insurance policy with my Insurer( The INSURANCE COMPANY was UNSUCCESSFUL in altering the terms & ABSOLUTELY NO AMENDMENTS AND OR CHANGES WERE ALLOWED TO THE POLICY.IT is still in 100% perfect standing (Amazing isnt it ? ) &..it is not cancellable for another 33 years..

Enuff said <sigh>
