If you're not happy with his selling, then you should sell your shares (hopefully you profited on them.....) and not invest in this company. That's your right.

If you're not an investor yet, you can use that information as a strong determinant to not buy any if your current status is a non-shareholder.

Just some questions for general discussion:

1) What's reasonable selling to you? Could he sell 25K each month? 50K?, 10K?
2) What level wouldn't bother you, hypothetically?
3) Do you interpret his selling as having no faith in the company, or of some impending event?
