I'm constructing a timeline and need 2 data points, the exact time that the following news hit the market: 1) CFO cancels PaineWebber appearance & substitute VP Phoenix sent, 2) Dain Rauscher Wessels Report Downgrade issued. Thanks for any insight on exactly what time these 2 events happened. Also, do you know of any info sources that could determine what % of trading was from institutional investors versus retail investors, both historically for this stock and also for the last 2 days?
