Mike do you have an opinion about Phelps Dodge (PD)- I think its a good value right now at less than 44$. The company is one of the biggest in copper mining (Wordwide #2, I believe) has a reasonable solid balance sheet and is focused on shareholder value. I think its a better buy than the gold mining companies right now.
