This statement sounds like it was written by a lawyer and meant to address the thrust of the commentary in The Australian article. Unfortunately the publication of this type of material has a corrosive effect on the public trust and I would imagine that many of the shareholders would be asking questions after reading the same.

I think my prior reply addresses most of the issues. Do you have any other issues to raise?
