I am still interested in this stock -- bought it on the way down at $35. Unfortunately, I do not have any answers for you.

I live in their neighborhood and originally found out about the stock AFTER the IPO. I think one of my family knows the CEO. Will check and see what I can find out...maybe call IR, since they are local.

Their involvement in XML is/was my primary interest. They are or were one of a few companies involved in XML that are public.
