I agree, MSTR is a strong short. Moronic momentum buyers and panicky shorts added $3Bln in market cap on the RUMOR that this co. may have secured $100 MM in financing. If this is a convertible preferred or private placement financing (as some sources suggest), given the co's accounting fiasco and current high interest rates for low investment grade co's (mstr doesn't have a credit rating, but I don't think even the most ardent bulls could honestly defend anything over BBB).. This reminds me of Cendant's (CD) blowup back in the day...
