Dealer and the rest of the porchies:

I've been reading the porch (no, I won't tell anyone how to do that!) for a few months now and have a couple of comments:

1. (Note how formal this is). I simply don't have the time to read all postings although I very much wish I did. This is by far the most enjoyable board I have ever had the pleasure of attending (yes, I do attend).

2. I'd give my eye teeth to attend the get-together next week but there are two problems. First, I'd have to convince my wife that I'd behave myself there and that would be impossible (no, she would not attend--I haven't even told her about it). Second, I'd have to find some way to stay awake after 9:30 (or 21:30 to those of you used to "military time"). That also would be impossible. Therefore, I must miss the party and will undoubtedly regret that excessively. Please don't anyone say a word about it on this board after you return--have pity on those of us who can't join you!
