Kelsey was a really scarce name 12 years ago....we thought it was almost unheard of 10 years ago.....now...still a bit rare, but a few more are popping up in our area.

the next rare name i think that gets into the mainstream will be Hypotenuse.

I have always been ahead of the masses in my name predictions.....look for it in your neighborhood nursery beginning this fall.
