So you think that a normal yield for Willamette speed grades would range from 700 MHz to 2.0 GHz....that seems like a pretty big spread. Is that even possible?

I think 600 to 933 will be the low end, and will continue to be served by Coppermine. The only difference is that it will probably be renamed Celeron. Willy will be 1 GHz and up and will be called Piv. At least that's what the plan may be)
