Where do you get this?

DIGX has a market cap of 4.2 Billion, If ICIX owned 100% of that, it only would be $78 per share. Considering that they have less than that, $100 is WAAAAAAAAAAY off.

Also have you noticed that despite their $24/share cash their book value is zero!? The company has major debt, their debt to equity ratio is almost 3 !!! Kash, this is huge!! Also the expected loss of over $22 per share over the next too years is not very bullish. 51% of the float is shorted, that is high as IRID and BOST before they both went bankrupt leaving the share holder zero!

I am not saying that the stock is a bad buy at this price, just saying that it is far from a sure winner.
