An insight as to how fundamentals are weighed against technical trend.

I have used a 80-20 system to weigh technical trend against fundamentals when company's profit and loss statements are favorable. Technical analysis always out weigh the fundamentals due to investors overbought when good news comes out. The 20% weighing of the fundamentals is the moves every time monthly performance news will correct the technical trend, before overbought accelerates again.

It is an analysis which is good for daytraders. The better the company the better the opportunities is the rule. After all, if you get stuck for two years, the company may still perform in their business to split their stock.
