Thanks. CCAA is definitely a risky play, when total liabilities equals almost total assets. Although, buying penny stock is always a risky play. Once Cala start developing good revenues it is not going to be a penny stock any more. I like that there is only 24 million shares outstanding. I expect the next quarterly statement will show more debt and more revenues.

Cala has a good strategic business plan such as buying companies that shows good in revenue flow.
