I got the 24 million figure from Cala web site, which shows year to date of 1999 I think. Your 45 million figure therefore suggest they are issuing more shares in order to finance more aquistions. Shares out standing has doubled. I am okay with that as long as they continue to be full reporting company and stay out of the pinks.

Buying back one million shares also suggest they are going to use them for aquistion purposes.
